SOHO GUESTHOUSE POLICIES: Please note all rates, wherever seen, are based on availability and are subject to change without notice. A guaranteed reservation, made with a credit card, is the only way to lock in a price and a room. The following items are needed to secure your reservation. Any rooms reserved without these items are subject to a first-come basis, unless management has guaranteed your room otherwise.

• Your credit card number and expiration date.
• Your exact dates of stay.
• Room type you would require
• Your name as it appears on your credit card.
• Your billing address.
• Please inquire about storing your baggage for early check-ins, and late check-outs.

Please note reservations will not be guaranteed without valid credit card details.
We do not charge anything on your credit card at the time of booking your reservation; we simply hold the credit card number as a guarantee. If you do not show up and do not cancel, we will charge your credit card one night's room rate.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid a charge of one night's room rate to your credit card, except where noted otherwise. 
• Reservations made for special events, Songkran Festival, Loi Krathong and New Years are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• All guests are required to present a credit card and proper photo identification upon checking in.

*Check-out time is 11 a.m. and Check-in time is 2 p.m.
